You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We offer multiple subscription tiers, including a Free Forever plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Message delivery depends on multiple factors including carrier networks, device connectivity, and recipient availability. We cannot guarantee 100% message delivery and are not liable for failed or delayed messages.
The Service relies on third-party services including WhatsApp, cellular carriers, and internet service providers. Changes to these services may affect functionality, and we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party service disruptions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including message content, delivery status, and usage analytics.
You retain ownership of all content you send through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to deliver the messaging functionality.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Infini Reach or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Infini Reach name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINI REACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infini Reach, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any laws or regulations, or (d) content you send through the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account data after termination, subject to applicable data retention requirements.
