How to request deletion of your data from InfiniReach and the SMS Gateway app

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through Web Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account at https://smsrelay.callninja.ai
  2. Navigate to your account settings
  3. Click "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Option 2: Via Email Request

Send an email to our privacy team with your deletion request:

Please include your account email address and any device IDs you want to delete.

What Data is Deleted

✅ Data That Will Be Deleted:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, account settings, and preferences
  • SMS Messages: All SMS message content, conversation history, and message metadata
  • Device Registration Data: Device names, registration tokens, and device settings
  • Workspace Data: Workspaces, contacts, campaigns, and integrations
  • API Keys: All API keys associated with your account
  • Webhooks: Webhook configurations and history
  • WhatsApp Instances: WhatsApp account connections and message history

⚠️ Data That May Be Retained:

  • Phone Numbers: Phone numbers are retained for device identification and registration purposes. This is necessary to maintain device-to-account associations and prevent unauthorized device registration.
  • Billing Records: Transaction records and invoices may be retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Legal Compliance: Some data may be retained if required by law, court order, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention

Automatic Data Deletion

SMS Message Data: SMS message content and conversation history are automatically deleted after 90 days from the date they were sent or received, regardless of account status.

This automatic deletion helps protect your privacy and ensures that old message data is not retained indefinitely.

Processing Time

Once you submit a data deletion request, we will process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If you have an active subscription, your account will be deactivated and your subscription will be cancelled.
