3. Check Message Queue

  • • Open Infini Reach app and check pending messages

  • • Try clearing queue and resending

4. Verify Phone Number Format

  • • Use E.164 format: +[country code][number]
  • • Example: +1234567890 (not 123-456-7890)
  • • No spaces, dashes, or parentheses

WhatsApp Integration Issues
