How does billing work?

Billing is monthly and based on your selected plan. You'll be charged automatically on your billing date each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

If you exceed your monthly message limit, additional messages will be charged at $0.02 per message. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also arrange for invoice billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start your trial. You'll only be charged if you continue after the trial period.

How do device limits work?

Device limits refer to the number of Android devices you can connect to Infini Reach. Each device can be either a SIM or WhatsApp device. You can swap devices at any time without affecting your limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

View Usage & Billing

To view your current usage and billing information:

  1. Log in to your Infini Reach dashboard
  2. Click on "Billing" in the sidebar
  3. View your current plan, usage, and billing history

Update Payment Method

To update your credit card or payment information:

  1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click "Add Payment Method" or "Update Card"
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Click "Save" to update

Download Invoices

To download past invoices:

  1. Go to Billing → Invoice History
  2. Find the invoice you need
  3. Click the download icon to get a PDF

Set Up Billing Alerts

Get notified when you're approaching your limits:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Enable "Billing Alerts"
  3. Set thresholds (e.g., 80% of message limit)
